Purvis Street Festival Mission Statement

 

Purvis Street Festival, LLC, is a nonprofit organization, developed by volunteers to raise funds for improvements of our community that in turn enriches the lives of Purvis citizens. Since our strongest asset is our neighbors, we strive to remember the past and enhance the future for all generations to come.

Purvis Street Festival is a family friendly event located in the heart of Purvis.  Our volunteers are men and women who are dedicated to our community and it's growth. Our mission is to bring together our community while supporting the local vendors and businesses. 

 

This Fourth Annual Street Festival will be packed with your favorite festival foods, arts and craft booths lining Main Street from the courthouse to First Baptist Church on Shelby Speights Drive.  Visitors may bring lawn chairs to sit and enjoy live music on two stages in the Purvis City Park and beside the Lamar County Court House.
